Thanks for stopping by. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with 10+ years of Zazen meditation experience, Caitlin has honed her yoga practice with a strong emphasis on meditation and its neurological benefits as a path to self-discovery to find your weird, authentic self. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal yoga, and has developed a specific yoga program to address the challenges of Traumatic Brain Injury.
